Have your racquet strung by our certified stringing team no matter where you are.
Ship In process:
- Select your stringing services below and any other items you wish to be sent with your strung racquets
- Checkout and pay for your order
- Package your racquets in a box or packaging with ample protection for shipping
- Print your order confirmation email and place it in the package
- Ship your package using an insured and tracked parcel service (such as Canada Post Expedited or UPS Standard, at customers discretion and expense)
- When we receive your package, we will inspect all items before any service is performed and let you know if there are any problems
- Once services are completed, we will return ship your package back to you using the shipping service selected for the order
Drop Off process:
- Select your stringing services below and any other items you wish to be packaged with your strung racquets
- Checkout and pay for your order
- Print your order confirmation email and attach it to your racquets OR write your order number and name on a piece of paper and attach it to your racquets
- Drop your racquets off at Bayview or Oakville during store hours (or after hours at the Bayview location back alley door's drop-slot)
- When we receive your package, we will inspect all items before any service is performed and let you know if there are any problems
- Once services are completed, we will return your package to you using the method you selected during checkout
If you are concerned about the condition of your racquets or string, please contact us and send us photos of the items before shipping.
