Description

The Radical Pro, the heaviest of the Radical series of racquets, has been updated to improve playability for an all-court, strong intermediate to advanced tournament player. With it's new vibrant orange design, it proves to be an attractive option.

The frame has been updated to feature a thinner beam for more flexibility. This racquet also features Head's Graphene 360+ technology, a combination of Graphene 360's energy transfer and innovative spiralfibers which delivers enhanced flex and clean impact feel. This means improved response and feel over previous iterations resulting in easier power and stability.

With an additional 5 grams of weight over the previous edition, its 11.1 ounces (unstrung) will provide a lot of potential power and impact for those who can consistently swing it. The solid feel that it provides will prove important during high intensity rallies or return of powerful serves. It's head-light balance will help retain a quick cutting and agile feel for spin, volleys and fast serves.

Unchanged from the previous edition, the head size is on the smaller side of average which enables greater control potential for those consistent with it's smaller sweet spot. It's dynamic string pattern means that there is a higher density of the strings in the sweet spot which translates to a greater degree of control and yet it is more forgiving when struck out of the sweet spot due to a lower density of the string bed in these areas.

The Radical Pro should appeal to experienced players looking for a racquet to take them the distance. As an update to players using the previous generation, the playability improvements and tweaks to some of the specs should satisfy the desire to push you and your game further.

Photos used contain images of strings for illustration purposes. Adult tennis racquets are unstrung unless otherwise noted or stringing services have been selected above. Brand logo stencils are not applied by default with stringing services. If you request brand logo stencils, please note that a stencil is painted onto the strings within a brand's stencil and may wear off over time - this is how stencils are applied on tour. Depending on the string you select, the stencil paint application fullness, colour and visibility may vary.
Adult racquets generally do not come with covers. To protect your racquet, we recommend getting a racquet bag.

Grip size palm measurements for tennis racquets

If you fall somewhere between the measurements, it is recommended to choose the smaller grip size as you can always build the grip size up using an overgrip (for a slight increase) or a grip build-up sleeve (for a half or full size increase). The grip measurements above factor in the pre-installed factory grip.
