Overview
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include order processing time. Shipping estimates specific to your location are provided during the checkout process. Major city centers should receive faster delivery times, whereas all other locations will vary depending on distance from major city centers. Delivery to remote or northern areas may take longer than the times listed below.
Shipping rates are determined by several factors including: shipping service selected, dimensional weight* and destination of shipment. Shipping rates specific to your order are provided during the checkout process.
Tracking is included on all shipping services, with delivery updates via e-mail or optional SMS. International shipments may experience additional delays at the border that cannot be forecast in advance.
Order processing and fulfillment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days (up to 5 during sale events or busy periods) for your order to be processed and shipped, or for in-store pickup to be ready, depending on the contents of your order. This does not apply to pre-sale or backordered items. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email. Merchant of Tennis does not ship on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
*Dimensional weight (DIM weight), also known as volumetric weight, is calculated from a package's dimensions. Carriers bill based on whichever is greater: actual weight or dimensional weight.

United States Shipping
Shipping to this country is currently restricted. For now, you can choose Store PickUp or ship to a Canadian address.
International Shipping

In-Store Pick-Up
We have in-store pickup options for both our retail store locations. This can be selected as a "delivery method" during checkout. This service is free of charge.
You will be contacted via e-mail when your items are available to be picked up at the store you selected. This can take up to a few business days depending on the contents of your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. Merchant of Tennis is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise missing after delivery has been completed.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbours, building management, or the carrier directly. Customers may also wish to contact their home, tenant, or credit card insurance provider to determine whether coverage is available for theft or loss after delivery.
Any investigations or claims related to missing packages after confirmed delivery must be initiated directly with the carrier and/or the customer's insurance provider.
Incorrect Addresses & Ordering Errors
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. Merchant of Tennis is not responsible for additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information, incomplete addresses, or ordering errors (including incorrect size, colour, or product selection). Return-to-sender shipments requiring a refund may be subject to a restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
